preparing the patent application by attempting to define the invention in terms of
novelty, usefulness and industrial utility usually after a brief patent search.
The speed and ease with which this is accomplished depends upon i) technical complexity
of the subject matter, ii) quality of the written description provided by the inventor,
and iii) the scope and extent for inclusion of prior art, references, citations etc.
