Pricing & Quotations
Our pricing and quotes are highly competitive and most cost-effective in relation to our services which
are par excellence in quality. We encourage our potential clients' to set up a preliminary meeting in person or on phone
or through web-based chat to discuss the problem(s) at hand. Based on the quantum of work and time required, a consolidated fee with appropriate milestones is worked out and quoted.
Upon acceptance of our quote, we stand prepared to enter into a 'Non Disclosure Agreement', 'Confidentiality Agreement' or
any other similar instrument to assure our clients on due diligence, security and protection of all sensitive and
confidential information shared with us during the course of the assignment.
No Government fee is included in our quotes, the costs towards which, wherever applicable are borne by the clients themselves.
Prosecution stage services, such as answering to Patent Office queries, answering to petitions of opposition, attending to hearings on behalf of the clients etc. are provided at standard rates and the clients are billed accordingly.
Mode of Payment
We expect all payments be made promptly as they become due according to agreed milestones when the work progresses. Invoices are raised from time to time based on the agreed milestones which are expected to be paid promptly, preferably within a week.

Payment against our invoices may be made by a demand draft in favour of
properietor of Technology-Patent-Com, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, to be mailed at C-89, Mansarover Gerden, New Delhi -10015.
